Acadia Elopement at Terramor Resort

terramor elopement

It was a beautiful spring day in Bar Harbor, Maine for an Elopement at Terramor.

Hannah and Kelvin chose to elope in May, right before the busy season starts in Acadia. Being secluded and quiet, Terramor Resort was the perfect location for them to share their intimate vows on their elopement day.

Hannah and Kelvin chose to get ready together.

Not traditional, but totally true to them and how they wanted their Acadia elopement day to feel. Eloping is all about the two of you and determining how you want the day to look in your eyes. Terramor Resort’s glamping tents were so spacious to get ready in, tucked away in the quietness of nature.

Their private elopement ceremony stayed right on the property at Terramor.

These beautiful floral installations by Honeysuckle Way added the most romantic element for the vision of their Acadia elopement.

Choosing an Acadia elopement could not have been a better decision for Hannah and Kelvin.

Living on the East Coast, we have so many little gems and sceneries that it can be hard to choose where to elope. Acadia is by far one of my favorite spots I’ve been to.

After eloping, we took some portraits of the two of them all around the property at Terramor Resort.

The afternoon light on the property was perfect during golden hour. You truly couldn’t have asked for a better venue when it comes to variety in your elopement couple’s portraits! When you elope, you also get so much more time and freedom for these portraits. Without the added stress of a strict timeline on a traditional wedding day, we had such a fun a relaxing time taking portraits.

Not only does Terramor have a beautiful property, but their main lodge is honestly a work of art itself.

Just for the two of them, they had a sweetheart table set up for Hannah and Kelvin to enjoy a meal, plus a cocktail or two to celebrate the new beginning of their life together. Honestly, this makes me want to get married again and elope here! Flowers are also a love language of mine, so you can’t really go wrong there.

To end their Acadia elopement, Hannah and Kelvin kept it casual.

Roasting marshmallows by the fire is one of their favorite activities on summer nights, so it made sense that this was how they wanted to spend the rest of their evening. I love when couples incorporate meaningful things on their elopement days!
